2011 Voluntary Product Recall in Ontario, CA

Bryan Kirby here. I am part of Blues Buster Full Spectrum Lights.

We are a small family owned and operated company in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

We have been selling our light bulbs in Canada since 1996 and have enjoyed and are grateful for the warm support we have received from you.

Recently we were informed by the ESA that the CSA quality process and marking must be applied on our light bulbs to be sold in Ontario.

This regulation has been in place starting in 2007.

Therefore, we have begun a voluntary recall of all our light bulbs sold in Ontario since 2007.

I am sorry that this has occurred and I apologize for the trouble.

Our production line is CSA certified (please see attachment) and we will have the CSA marking and quality procedures in place on all future lights that we build.

Our bulbs will still continue to be the longest lasting and highest quality made, now with the assurance that Ontario regulations are being scrupulously followed.

Again, I am sorry for the trouble our ignorance may cause you.
